The Calgary housing market continues to rebound in October according to figures released by the Calgary Real Estate Board. Calgary's housing market has clearly turned a corner. I expect there to be few bumps on this road to recovery but I believe the worst is over. Home prices have held firm and edged upwards in some Calgary communities over the past months. This has helped build up the confidence of both the buyers and sellers.
